LAS VEGAS – In a heart-wrenching incident on Friday afternoon, two dogs were discovered lifeless, while seven others, mostly puppies, were rescued from a pickup truck where they had been left for several hours without shade or proper care.

The truck, parked near Dean Martin Drive and Tropicana Avenue, outside a Motel 6, became the tragic site of this animal welfare emergency, according to Lt.
