Police Investigate After Man Found with Gunshot Wound in Sparks

NEVADA – An investigation is underway in Sparks after an unidentified man was found with a gunshot wound near El Rancho Drive and G Street just before midnight. Police responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is still ongoing, and police have stated that the public is not believed to be at risk. However, they are asking anyone with information that could aid in the investigation to contact Secret Witness at 775-322-4900. A $1,000 reward is being offered for any information that leads to an arrest.

The Sparks Police Department has not released any further details about the incident or the victim’s condition.
