Reno Man Convicted of Home Invasion, Burglary and Battery with Deadly Weapon

NEVADA – A Reno man was convicted guilty of home invasion, according to the office of the Washoe County District Attorney.
Kenneth Pinney, 51, was found guilty of breaking into a home, burglary, and assault with a deadly weapon.
He was accused of attacking another person with a machete at the downtown Rancho 777 Motel in March of last year after getting into an altercation.
When he is sentenced next month, he could get up to 40 years in prison.
