NEVADA – The Washoe County School District said on Sunday that all of its schools will start two hours late on Monday.
In a message to parents, the school district said, “Classes will start two hours later on Monday, January 30, and winter bus stops will be in effect.”
People were also asked to be careful and drive slowly.
“Students will be waiting for buses, walking to school at different times, taking different routes, and may even be walking in the street. The school district said, “Please help keep our students safe and watch out for each other.”
Also on a two-hour delay is Mater Academy of Northern Nevada.
