LAS VEGAS, NV — In a major international culinary and nightlife milestone, Caesars Palace has announced a partnership with Barcelona’s celebrated modernist drinkery SIPS, launching an exclusive two-month pop-up inside the resort’s VISTA Cocktail Lounge.

A Modernist Cocktail Destination on the Strip

Co-founded by world-renowned mixologist Simone Caporale, SIPS redefined the bar landscape in Barcelona by eliminating traditional back-bar barriers, utilizing custom-sculpted glassware, and applying culinary laboratory techniques to cocktail composition.

The residency inside VISTA Cocktail Lounge—located centrally on the casino floor near Amalfi by Bobby Flay and Dominique Ansel Las Vegas—will recreate the intimate, craft-centric atmosphere of the European flagship.

Featured creations will include the Purple Rain, an elevated variation of the classic whiskey sour featuring bourbon balanced with wild sour honey and earthy beetroot, alongside the Mosaic, which infuses pisco brandy with aromatic woods from the Amazon rainforest, served in handcrafted vessels inspired by Barcelona’s modernist art movement.
