RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – Adults without insurance or in need of dental treatment can now receive it for free thanks to a collaboration between LIBERTY Dental Plan and Community Health Alliance.
Tomorrow, beginning at 7 a.m. till 5 p.m. Patients will be seen in the order in which they arrive. The event tomorrow will be held at the Community Health Alliance Sparks office on Oddie Boulevard.
If you are uninsured or have serious dental issues, you should see a dentist before the end of the year. Dentists will do extractions, fillings, and any other procedures required to treat a patient’s suffering.
Patients are requested to bring their insurance card and ID, if they have one.
Dr. Jessica Clausen, Community Health Alliance’s Dental Director, expressed how important an event like this is for people of our community.
Adults sometimes put off dental care because they have a lot going on, but it’s critical to take care of your teeth and mouth since it’s related to the rest of your body and can influence the rest of your health, according to Dr. Clausen.
LIBERTY Dental Plan employs Hazel Moreno. She believes that having dental treatment sooner rather than later is beneficial to one’s health and well-being.
Paperwork will be required, and patients will be assigned a number. You should expect to wait for treatment.
CHA recommends arriving as early as possible.
