Lee’s refusal to comment isn’t leadership; it’s cover. Rather than answer for the dysfunction consuming her party, Lee chose to shield her radical Democrat bosses and hope the story passes. It’s a familiar routine for a congresswoman who talks moderation back home but votes party-line in Washington.

“When Democrat bosses come calling, Lee doesn’t lead — she falls in line,” the National Republican Congressional Committee said in a statement. “Her silence proves she’s too gutless to publicly stand up to her own party.”

And voters have already seen how this movie ends. Time and again, Lee has sided with Washington Democrats over Nevadans — including voting against eliminating taxes on tips, a move that directly hurts service workers across Nevada who rely on gratuities to make ends meet.

That vote told Nevadans everything they need to know. When given a clear choice between helping working families and obeying Democrat leadership, Susie Lee didn’t hesitate. She obeyed.

“Out of touch Democrat Susie Lee has managed to anger Nevadans and now spark a full-blown meltdown inside the Democrat Party,” said NRCC Spokesman Christian Martinez. “Nevadans don’t want drama, dysfunction, and Democrat chaos. Unfortunately for Susie Lee, that’s all she has left to offer.”

As Democrats bicker, blame each other, and melt down behind closed doors, Susie Lee’s silence speaks volumes. She won’t challenge her party. She won’t buck her bosses. And when it counts, she’ll always fall in line — even if Nevada pays the price.
