Trump Nukes Biden-Era Orders, Calls Autopen Use “Illegal”

President Donald Trump ignited a political firestorm with a Truth Social post declaring that any document “signed” by President Joe Biden using the Autopen “approximately 92% of them,” Trump claimed is “hereby terminated.”

Trump argued that Biden’s reliance on the automated signature device was not only excessive but unlawful, blasting what he called “Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk” and insisting the process stripped Biden of direct presidential decision-making.

“I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden,” Trump wrote, adding that Biden “was not involved in the Autopen process” and warning that any claim otherwise would amount to perjury.

The Autopen, a device used by modern presidents for decades, has always been a tool of convenience but Trump is drawing a sharp distinction: unless the President personally authorizes its use, he says, the document is invalid.

And Trump is clearly signaling that Biden wasn’t in the driver’s seat.

Republicans have long argued Biden was a passive figurehead while staff and activists ran the show. Trump’s blunt declaration pours gasoline on that argument: if Biden wasn’t signing, who was governing?

For Nevadans frustrated by years of inflation, energy restrictions, border failures, and federal overreach, Trump’s message taps into a deeper frustration: the sense that no one was actually steering the ship.

Whether this triggers a broader legal challenge remains to be seen. But one thing is certain, Trump has once again forced a national conversation about who was really calling the shots during the Biden presidency.
