Mosquito Fire Smoke Continues to Worsen Air Quality

NEVADA – The smoke from the Mosquito Fire has settled into the Truckee Meadows, causing the air quality values throughout the region to range from “extremely unhealthy” to “hazardous.”
On Saturday night, the level of pollution in the air in the Reno-Sparks area reached dangerous levels. It is anticipated that the smoke will linger throughout the weekend and continue to wreak havoc on Sunday.
