Gas Prices in Nevada Are Going Up Again; The Average Price of a Gallon of Gas Is $5.34
LAS VEGAS – Gas Buddy says that the average price of a gallon of gas in Nevada is $5.34.
AAA said that this is because some oil refineries in California are getting maintenance, some of which were planned and some were not.
Because of this, there is a limited amount of production.
One woman said that the price rise is making it harder for her to visit her family.
Brooke Head, who lives in Vegas, said, “They went down, but I’m seeing them go back up again.” “They want us to cheer because their prices dropped by 70 cents, which is sad. I’m not happy about anything. I still can’t go to California to see my dad. He is only 6 hours away, but I can’t afford to go there and back.”
A representative from AAA said that they can’t tell when gas prices will go down right now.
